DIRECTV to Air 2023 Masters Tournament in 4K HDR
DIRECTV will air the Masters Golf Tournament in 4K HDR from Thursday, April 6 to Sunday, April 9. This will mark the eighth consecutive year that DIRECTV will offer the Masters Golf in 4K and the sixth consecutive year in 4K HDR (High Dynamic Range).
How to Watch Masters 2023 in 4K on DirecTV?
Follow the steps below to enjoy this experience:
- DIRECTV 4K-ready receiver (Genie HD DVR model HR54 or later)
- 4K UHD TV with HDMI 2.0 and HDCP 2.2 support
- Select a DIRECTV CHOICE package or higher, with access to the 4K channel (usually channel 106)
- High-speed internet (25 Mbps or higher)

The answer is yes! Only DIRECTV will offer Masters 2023 in 4K HDR. The 4K coverage has been a DIRECTV exclusive for the past eight years. YouTube TV, FuboTV, Dish, Verizon, Optimum, and Cox offer 4K programming but will not show the Masters in 4K.
